Cinthya Freeman

Director of Team moms

Cinthya serves as Team Mom and Faith Program Director, bringing over 10 years of experience working with children in ministry settings. Her background includes teaching and directing programs for youth ages 6–12, with a focus spiritual growth on emotional development.

She never imagined basketball would become such a meaningful part of her life, until she met her husband, Michael. For the past ten years, she has grown to love basketball through his passion -watching countless games on TV, cheering him on the sidelines while coaching, soaking in the energy of Sixers games in Philly and now watching their son learn the game of basketball.

Cinthya leads the faith-based component of the program, helping young athletes build resilience, character, and purpose. She’s passionate about making sure every child feels seen, encouraged, and empowered.
