– Refund Requests: All refund requests must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the program Director.
– Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within two (2) weeks of receiving the request.
– Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment or as a credit toward future program registrations.
– Before Registration Deadline:• Full refund minus a $35 administrative fee.
– After Registration Deadline but Before Team Formation:• Refund minus a $35 administrative fee and any uniform costs already incurred.
– After Team Formation or Season Start:• No refunds will be issued, except under the following circumstances:
– The player moves more than 20 miles outside the league boundary before the season begins.
– The player suffers a season-ending injury or illness prior to the first game (doctor’s note required).
– The program is unable to place the player on a team.
– The program reserves the right to consider refunds for exigent circumstances (e.g., family relocation, medical emergencies) at its sole discretion.
– If O-Town H.U.S.T.L.E cancels a program or event, participants will receive a full refund.
– Uniforms, merchandise, and processing fees are non-refundable once ordered.
– Volunteer opt-out fees or other service-related charges are non-refundable.
